My Experience

My business, Exquisite Designs by Ms. Shon, was born because I love to see  and create unique things! I got started after my father passed away and I didn’t like the obituaries the funeral home had to offer. I felt I could do a better job to represent my loved one. Soon after, people would call me and ask if I could make their loved ones obituaries. I also began making custom cards for special occasions such as birthdays, sympathy, get well, etc. I have since created a full line of paper goods which I do by hand, myself. Over the years, I've added several new items to my list of handmade paper goods, and find myself not only making invitations for weddings (and showers, and engagement parties), but also custom planners, and thank you notes. When I work with any client, the end result is truly a joint venture. My hands may put the product together, but the style, look, and feel reflect the client's dreams. We work together to set the perfect tone and theme for your event. After all, an invitation is the first--and only--thing your guests will see before the actual event. The first impression should always be special, memorable, and give guests something to look forward to. That…and your happiness…are my goals when you work with Exquisite Designs by Ms. Shon.
